Two staged leakage injection

When it comes to cracks in pipelines embedded in concrete and the need to fill that gap or crack to stop leakage, then the name of leakageinjection suddenly strikes into the mind. There are many reasons for which people prefer leakage injection on other leakage stopping methods. If you have planned to go for leakage injection for crack of pipeline in concrete, you will be saving thousands of dollars which are consumed in other methods. Secondly, leakage injection will provide an immediate solution to leakage without taking much time. There are two popular resins which are usually used for leakage injection including epoxy and polyurethane. Recently there are some problems which have been reported after usage of leakage injection. The most common problem and observation was that these resins used to shrink after few months of application and leave some place for leakage. In a way, the people who used to feel free after applying leakage injection in their houses or offices, they used to get into the trouble when they used to see the pipelines leaking again and causing trouble.
To counter this problem of shrinkage of resins after application of leakage injection, two staged leakage injection has been introduced in the market. In this kind of two stages leakage injection, two injections are injected into the crack. The procedure of the first injection remains the same as in all kinds of leakage injection. In first place an injection is injected into the crack using epoxy or polyurethane. Polyurethane is considered more affective as compared to epoxy and brings better results as a leakage injection material. In the second place another injection is administered into the crack which pushes the already administered resin at its place in the crack and stretches it so the material in the first injection does not shrink. The best time to administer this second type of leakage injection is between ten minutes to half hour during which the resin of first leakage injection starts taking its place into the crack. If we look at the utility of two staged leakage injection, we can conclude that still this method of leakage injection is far better than any other method. Even injecting a second injecting does not add much to the cost of the process and yet gives more satisfying results. So, if you are encountered with the problem of leakage of water in concrete, you can more confidentially go for two staged leakage injection
